Gustavo Camacho moved to the United States from Mexico in the early 1960s with about $40 in his pocket. Today, he is President and Chief Executive of Camacho Auto Sales and Camacho Mitsubisi in Southern California. Camacho Auto Sales is ranked as one of the largest independent auto dealers of used cars. The apple does not fall too far from the tree as his three sons run four locations of Camacho Auto Sales in Southern California’s Antelope Valley.
Camacho has been with NAPA AUTO PARTS for six years and is one of NAPA’s largest customers in the Los Angeles District. Not only is Camacho a successful dealership owner, but he is involved with his community serving on a number of boards in the Antelope Valley.
Camacho was able to have a VIP experience with NAPA AUTO PARTS and the No. 24 team. He toured the NAPA AUTO PARTS hauler, met Chase Elliott and was able to sit atop the NAPA pit box with crew chief Alan Gustafson and the No. 24 engineers. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience especially with Elliott racing inside of the top 10 most of the race.
