Adam and Ashli Englebert

This week’s Honorary Pit Crew Members are Adam and Ashli Englebert. Adam Englebert is the owner and operator of Englebert Tire and Auto store in Kernersville, North Carolina. He has been in the family business since they opened their doors in 1998. His wife, Ashli, is the office manager of the business and enjoys learning about the automotive industry.

Englebert Tire and Auto has had a successful relationship with NAPA AutoCare for more than 15 years. The Engleberts are pleased with their partnership with NAPA AutoCare and enjoy attending their business building/training events. Additionally they enjoy spending time with their golden retrievers and taking their Harley-Davidson out for a spin.

The longtime NAPA supporters had thier names featured on the rear quarter panels of Chase Elliott’s No. 24 NAPA AUTO PARTS Chevrolet SS as a part of the Honorary Pit Crew Member program to thank the duo for their dedication to the NAPA brand. The couple started thier day off by meeting Elliott in the driver’s coach lot and continued with a NASCAR Sprint Cup garage and hauler tour even getting to sit in the driver / crew chief meeting. Later in the day, the pair walked out to pit road where they were able to take a photo at the car and stand with the NAPA team for the pre-race festivities. Once it was time for engines to fire, Adam and Ashli climbed atop the NAPA pit box to watch the race alongside Alan Gustafson and the NAPA engineers. They watched Elliott earn a top-15 finish while his teammate Jimmie Johnson brought home the win.

How was your experience as NAPA’s Honorary Pit Crew Member?
"What an amazing experience! Everything has been first class and more than we could ever imagine. Sitting in the driver's meeting right in the middle behind the drivers was so cool. Thank you so much for this experience. We had no idea our names were going to be on the car that was awesome to see! Thanks again for the hospitality and great time."
